Born in 1974. Graduated from Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School (German) and then Marmara University with a B.A. in International Relations (English). Also, holds a master's degree in Psychology from Haliç University.
Began his career at Pamukbank in the corporate banking department as a Management Trainee. Following his involvement in the bank's long-term "Banking of the Future" transformation program, he worked as a CRM Manager in the newly established CRM department.
After transitioning to Peugeot Turkey as the CRM and Internet Manager, he participated in global CRM projects initiated by the Peugeot Group. He established the company's marketing database and developed customer loyalty programs.
At Akbank, he sequentially held the positions of CRM Manager, Individual Segment Manager, and Bancassurance Product Manager. He led the "Next Bancassurance Transformation Program", where Akbank collaborated with Aksigorta and AvivaSA and involved over 200 specialists.
As the Group Manager of Employee Experience at ING Bank, he provided leadership for the bank's cultural transformation. Through personally mentoring to senior management and facilitation sessions for business units, he played a pivotal role in fostering an employee-friendly and supportive culture.
He also brought analytical skills to the bank through employee branding and recruitment projects. He participated in the creation of the Think Forward Leadership Program in collaboration with the London Business School and Authentic Leadership Institute for the ING Group (Amsterdam). He facilitated multinational leader groups in Authentic Leadership training sessions held in Amsterdam.
In 2018, Mr. Görgü founded Enthusiast, where he provides corporate culture consultancy to both local and global brands in Turkey and the Middle East. He conducts workshops to assess organizations thoroughly and designs roadmaps that involve leaders, processes, and employees.
In addition to his master's degree in psychology, he has participated in various leadership and mentoring training programs, along with psychological formation trainings such as BRIEF London's "Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Coaching" and the Behavioral Sciences Institute's ''Preparation Program for Therapy Profession'’.
Alongside his culture consultancy activities, he provides coaching to leaders and employees, and also delivers leadership and development training. Some of these include Authentic Leadership, Continuous Dialogue, Inspirational Speaking, Agile Transformation, and Digital Transformation.
